When will I receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.
If you still haven't received your item(s) outside of this window, please reach out to us at support@retromob.com so we can figure out what the hell is taking so long.
Do you ship internationally?

Returns & Exchanges
Our prime directive is that you love your RETROMOB® gear. If something's not right, please reach out - we're here to help.
We offer refunds for:
- Items that were sent incorrectly
- Damaged or defective products
The deets:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and item must be in unused, original condition
- Contact us at support@retromob.com with your order number and a quick description of the issue
Can I exchange for a different size?
If your order arrives and the size isn’t working, reach out to us at support@retromob.com. In most cases, we’ll offer a discount on a replacement since all items are made to order and we can’t restock your original piece.

How do I care for my Tee / Sweatshirt / Hoodie?
We recommend to wash cold and air dry.
