Returns & Exchanges
Because everything is made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective, damaged, or we screwed something up. (It happens, we're all humans)

Can I exchange for a different size?
If your order arrives and the size isn’t working, reach out. In most cases, we’ll offer a discount on a replacement since we can’t restock your original piece.
How do I figure out my size?
Check the size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up (nobody regrets extra breathing room).
How do I care for my shirt/hoodie?
We recommend to wash cold and air dry.
